Refunds and cancellations

Who refunds you

Each seller is paid directly and handles their own refunds. Pharming Factions never holds your money.

Bookings

Your card is held when you book and charged only when the seller accepts. If they decline, or don't answer within 7 days, the hold is released and you pay nothing. If the seller cancels, you get a full refund.

If you cancel a booking: full refund up to 24 hours before the session. After that, it's the seller's decision.

Products

If an item doesn't arrive or isn't as described, message the seller within 14 days for a refund.

How a refund reaches you

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Banks usually show them within 5 to 10 business days.

If a seller doesn't resolve it

Email legal@pharmingfactions.com with your order number.
