About an order, a booking, or a refund

Message the seller. Each seller on Pharming Factions runs their own shop and is paid directly, so they are the one who can answer, reschedule, or refund. Open their page and press Message, or reply in your messages. Your bookings and orders are in your dashboard.

Something isn't right

If a seller is pretending to be someone else, selling something that isn't allowed, or took payment and didn't deliver, press Report on their page. It goes straight to our admins, and the person you report isn't told who sent it.

Pharming Factions itself

For a dispute a seller hasn't resolved, a privacy or account request, a copyright notice, or anything legal, email legal@pharmingfactions.com. Include your order number if you have one.
